Casting & Moulding
Casting & Moulding is where every handcrafted brass piece begins. Before a finished object reaches the hands of its recipient, it starts as molten metal, carefully prepared and poured into a mould by skilled artisans.
This first stage demands experience, precision and patience. The artisan works with intense heat and molten brass, carefully guiding the material into the desired form. Once the metal cools, the foundation of the final piece is revealed.
Long before anyone unwraps the finished gift, it was liquid metal and quiet faith — shaped by hands that have carried this craft through generations.
The Craft Behind The Form
Before it becomes a gift, it is fire — poured by hands that have carried this craft for generations. Long before anyone unwraps it, this piece was liquid metal and quiet faith, shaped by someone who learned this art before he learned to read.

Our Casting Process
The transformation takes place through a series of carefully controlled stages. Each stage contributes to the shape, strength and character of the final piece.
-
01. Metal Preparation: Brass is selected and prepared before heating.
-
02. Melting: The brass is heated until it reaches its molten state.
-
03. Pouring: Molten brass is carefully poured into the prepared mould.
-
04. Cooling: The metal is allowed to cool and settle into its new form.
-
05. Mould Removal: The mould is carefully opened to reveal the newly formed brass piece.
-
06. Ready For Crafting: The cast piece moves to the next stage of its handcrafted journey.
Why Casting Matters
Casting is more than simply creating the basic shape of a product. It establishes the foundation upon which every later craftsmanship process depends.
The precision of the initial form allows artisans to bring out the character of the piece through turning, Nakkashi, polishing, electroplating and Meenakari.
Every finished creation therefore carries a small part of this first transformation — from fire and molten brass into something made to last.
The Story Behind The Piece
“Before it becomes a gift, it is fire — poured by hands that have carried this craft for generations.”
Behind every gleaming piece is a family, a tradition, and hands that turn raw metal into memory. This is not manufacturing — this is heritage, still alive.
